The Met Gala is a fundraiser held by New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art the first Monday in May, which raises money for its Costume (Fashion) department. Every year it exhibits a show that sets a "theme" for its A-list guests to dress by. This year's show was Comme des Garcons from Tokyo and Paris based designer Rei Kawakubo whose designs are part of a new exhibit at the Met.
The main reason I like this Versace dress is because of the amazing array of feathers. I like how at the top it looks like an ordinary evening gown, but the bottom brings in the theme of art and costume.

Miranda is a doll in this dress. The dress is from one of my favorite designers: Oscar de la Renta. I enjoy how she chose to look "pretty in pink" and super sweet with everything from the full, tea length skirt, to her ballet bun, and even her bright lipstick.
